"WONDERFUL 3 DAY BREAK - COMFORATABLE & RELAXING"

LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC FOR US. ARRIVED BY TRAIN & IT'S ONLY A 10 MINUTE WALK FROM THE STATION. BEACH, PIER AND SUPERMARKETS 5/10 MINUTES AWAY ON FOOT. 2 MINUTES FROM A BEAUTIFUL PARK & 10 MINUTES FROM OUR FAVOURITE RESTAURANT JAI LOUNGE. HUGE HOUSE WITH LOTS OF ROOM TO RELAX. BRIGHT ROOMS, BEAUTIFUL DECOR & A WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN. ST ANNES IS A LOVELY PLACE TO VISIT. BEAUTIFUL BEACH AND MUCH MORE RELAXED THAN NEARBY BLACKPOOL.

KITCHEN SMELLS DO TRAVEL THROUGH TO THE DININGROOM/LOUNGE AREA BUT THIS IS HARD TO AVOID IN AN OPEN PLAN SPACE. HOWEVER, THERE ARE LOTS OF WINDOWS AND PATIO DOORS YOU CAN OPEN TO AIR THE SPACE.

Parking

Kitchen facilities limited , not enough equipment to cook for a family , what was there was not adequate. Only stayed one night as I was unable to cook as I thought and no refund given. Other problems too.

"Worked well for our family to get together for a Xmas gathering"

Large bedrooms , heated up well, everything we needed for a family to cook and eat together ( 8 people ) the cooker as great , very clean and great double oven.

I think it’s just a bit tired in places , the fridge wasn’t turned on when we arrived , and we had lots of food ! cleaning was passable / ok , but the windows outside were filthy, appreciate it gets the wind from the sea but they appeared to have not been cleaned in a while x

Location was great but please remember the apartment is in Latham St Anne’s not Latham therefore 5 miles between the two xx

"Great family social space"

We were a family group visiting family, and it was good to all be under one roof. The apartment had great social space, and it was easy to park outside with extra cars. The rooms were clean and comfortable and warm. Obe room is on the ground floor. Which was perfect for our needs.

One more bathroom would have been handy, but 2 worked okay

"Good space and comfy beds"

Spacious and well appointed

Difficult to check all equipment /fixtures all in working order when your out all day and not in till late Coffee pod machine not working
