Bentinck Residence by Sasco Apartments

The apartment was very good and the few problems we had were resolved very quickly. Its situation was close to shops in St Anne's and amenities and only a ten minute drive to Blackpool and it's 'fun' places. There is one parking place but no time limit on parking in the street.

The Victorian part was beautiful the 20th century part on the outside dull but excellent on the inside.

Lovely house and it had everything we needed. Very well equipped. Super location, would highly recommend and we would definitely return in the future.

We had no negatives or dislikes about the property.

there was scaffolding on the steps up to the door which we weren’t informed about and it made it difficult to access the key box and my husband banged his head on it also not informed that the dishwasher was out of order

The large spacious apartment was perfect for our extended family visit to Lytham. The kitchen, dining room and lounge was well designed, enabling us to have family meals together and relax in the evenings. The wifi worked well and the apartment was located very close to loathe sea and local shops.

The property was set over several different levels with steep steps up to the first floor bedrooms, which could be an issue for older people and those with more limited mobility. Luckily this wasn’t a huge issue for us, as the downstairs bedroom was very spacious and had a very nice ensuite bathroom for our elderly mum. The only other issue was that the fire safety doors were too heavy for my elderly Mum to open on her own.
