There was NO VIEWS NO TERRACE AND WAS UP THREE VERY LARGE HIGH MARBLE STAIRCASE.

Nulla, perché non ho soggiornato appena ho appurato le condizioni dell’immobile e della camera ho dovuto rivolgermi altrove.

Tutto era in condizioni pietose: - Pareti scrostate con danni strutturali - condizioni igieniche precarie (cattivo odore, sanitari purulenti, doccia non igienizzata, cucina sporca e piena di residui) - lenzuola macchiate - cuscini sporchi di residui di colore nero - pavimenti con tracce di ruggine e incrostati - polvere sui davanzali delle finestre e sul mobilio - cavi elettrici scoperti (modem e frigo) - soffitti danneggiati con crepe strutturali - water con escrementi Posto da evitare e rimuovere dalle strutture presenti su Booking.

The location of the apartment is perfect to discober the heart of Malta. After a long day you can spent the evening at this one-of-a-kind terrac! Amazing. The apartment it self was clean and contains everything you need.

There could be some noice in the the evening in the streets but its normal for beeing this central located.

I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor and unsafe conditions of this apartment. The apartment was not hygienic and caused serious health concerns for my family. Shortly after staying there, I suffered an allergic reaction affecting my eyes, which I strongly believe was caused by the environment in the apartment. In addition, there was blood visible on the floor, which is completely unacceptable and indicates a lack of proper cleaning and sanitation. Most concerning of all, my young brother was unable to sleep due to discomfort, and he was bitten by something on his neck and nose, suggesting the presence of insects or pests. This caused distress and fear for our safety and wellbeing. These conditions made our stay extremely unpleasant and unsafe. We expected a clean, secure, and habitable apartment, but what we experienced fell far below acceptable standards. I am requesting a full explanation, confirmation of proper cleaning and pest control measures, and appropriate compensation for the distress and health issues caused by this stay. There are also four sets of stairs to go up to the apartment which was very difficult for my mum who has a physical disability. This was not something the description made us aware of.
