The "Panorama" room is part of a house and has a private toilet. There was no stand for suitcases in the room. The rest of the rooms in the house are rented to other guests. There was a little mess in the common area. The kitchen is shared. In general, there is no sense of privacy and independence.

It is evident the hosts are very keen to provide guests with a comfortable and friendly stay. For context, my preference is to stay somewhere anonymous like a hotel/motel, ie, I prefer not to interact with hosts because I'm introvert and not comfortable feeling I'm intruding on their space. This accommodation is very much a family home so for guests who like to be sociable you should enjoy it. That said, for those who want to keep private I don't think the hosts would be overbearing or intrusive. Unlike some owners who perhaps provide a service as much to have social contact as to generate income, it wasn't my impression that's the service model. For people who are concerned about safety, the bonus of staying here is you know there's someone on site who is very accessible. For overseas/out of town travellers I'm sure the hosts would be very happy to assist with advice about the locality. The bed was very comfortable for me and I really appreciated the balcony with the view. Wifi was excellent and having Netflix and YouTube was great. The hosts are super nice and very personable. The room was very comfortable and the shower ran hot. The bed was great. First decent night's sleep I'd had in days.

There was a random, sharp "ping" noise that continued thru into the evening. I suspect it was metal roof cooling (?)

Beautifully furnished and very clean. The private bedroom and bathroom were perfect. The shared kitchen and other spaces had everything required.
