Very spacious clean flat!

Ease of booking and getting the keys for access

Overall very functional. There are a few maintenance issues that need addressing. Taps not secure. Grout missing from the bathroom floor with sharp edges. The issues did not distract from the overall experience.

Instructions arrived promptly, with photos, about the keys and car park. The flat itself is really nice - spacious, and I enjoyed the view of The Mailbox. Perfect central location. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good.

The instructions on collecting the keys were clear, but I was travelling alone so I needed to park to collect, which was tricky. Navigating inside The Orion Building isn't easy (no fault of the hosts!). It would have been nice have had some tea/coffee/milk, to make a drink. There was no shower gel.

Nothing as I never saw the apartment. I received an email 1 hour before arrival cancelling the hotel. As did 3 other friends of mine staying in Birmingham with bookings through other agents.

I did not like being cancelled at short notice. I would believe the reason but I wonder why 3 friends also had their bookings cancelled with other agents in Birmingham. There was a big shortage of accommodation and rates shot up. I HATED the cheap hotel that was recommended to me. The room had 1 bed, no chair and was a cheap budget place with no fridge, table, cooker, etc. The landlord charged me the same to book the hotel as my cancelled apartment.

Great location and lot space plus food shop near by for tea coffee and food Bed was lovely

Window where not double glazed all I could hear all night was traffic …which turned in to our tv for the evening as the remote had no battery to use it plus don’t think it would worked with remote. (Did enquire if we could get some battery but no one arrive so we gave up as was only staying one night) Was not the cleanest place I stoped there was a towel left in bathroom dirty Also almost got lock in bathroom as door handle fell off in my hand as I when to shut door
