Owner was extremely helpful and property was in a great location for us.

It was a little tired and there was no hairdryer

Nothing - host accepted my booking.com booking took payment then proceeded to tell me that it’s not available and can’t get my money back. Not happy

Everything absolutely terrible

Location was superb! All our target venues were at walking distance! View from the property was also awesome. With family, really enjoyed staying here. Instructions from the owner were very clear and he was always reachable for any queries or issues or help!

Microwave was not working! Coffee, sugar quantity kept was little - 2 coffee and 1 sugar for a family of 4.

Great location

The host contacted me on Sunday 1st Dec to say the property had be damage by previous tenants and was not sure if it would be ready for our stay on 6th. I left it couple of days and tried to make telephone contact to see if fixed - host didn't answer his phone or reply to voicemail left. Had to find alternative accommodation and went to cancel this accommodation but was past the free cancellation time. Struggled to get hold of host but did eventually - he said he would refund my money (£166.50). Have contacted him again yesterday (20th Dec) as no money refunded He said he would get back to me in 30mins. Haven't heard back and still no refund.

Perfect location. Spacious, comfortable and well laid out. The owner was kind, pleasant and helpful and could not have done more for us.

Little complicated set up for parking, collecting and returning the keys etc, but the owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating.
