Orion building apartments ,OPOSITE GRAND CENTRAL,FREE CAR PARK

Nothing, it was not as advertised.

Fob had expired, Concierge would not let us in as there is no subletting in the building. Once we did get in, smoke detector had the cover off, unsure if it worked or not. Window could not be closed, kept awake by trains and roadworks. Very difficult to get keys if you are travelling by car. Squashed cockroaches, filthy drawers, mouldy shower heads. No washing machine, not even a spoon to make coffee. Tv does not work

Nice apartment in a really great location. Great and speedy responses from the owner and a very efficient process for collecting the keys. Would use again.

This was last minute book as the pervious property place was taken off listing, but so glad we got to stay here as this was convenient, as this was a great location and 2mins walk from Birmingham New Street train station. The Host was very accommodating and also let us park our car early in the car park. Recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay everything I needed and the added advantage of free parking right in the middle of Birmingham was a real bonus. Great communication with the host too.

Good location with a bar downstairs. Useful for the utiliyarena

Noisy train brakes from 5am as it overlooks the lines into new street. Milk supplied for a coffee was out of date

Non functional kitchen (toaster did not work, inadequate supply of cutlery, crockery and saucepans , no peeler,spatula or tongs, no tea towels) Television was not tuned couldn’t use Window winder in main bedroom broken therefore could not close properly Broken bar stool
