Was central location

The apartment is very tired looking, the photos are very out of date. Even though it sleeps 4 there was only 3 lots of cutlery, mugs plates etc. The blinds in hedroom do not block out the street lights and the rooms were extremely noisy from the adjacent main road. Sleep was very difficult with both of these things. There was no hot water at all and when communicated this to owner was just asked is the boiler on? No further help offered even though i sent photos to prove boiler was switched on. The ensuite toilet doesnt flush properly, it has to be pumped several times to get it to work. Didnt find out that had to go eleswhere for the keys until we got there. We also had to return them on leaving. None of this was told to us beforehand. The apartment itself was very difficult to find as not all lifts go to all parts of the floors. Very confusing and had a flight of stairs to go up before we could get lift to our part of the building. We left a pair of straightners behind and contacted owner to ask for them to be posted to us. Said he'd see and then didnt respond to my messages, 4 days later we are still waiting! Overall very dissapointing, overpriced and not enjoyable stay. Would not return or reccommend.

Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean and in a good location, Secure underground parking which is free was also very good. There are plenty places outside to eat and drink as well as a small supermarket just downstairs

There was no hot water which meat a cold shower in the morning. The property boasts a kitchen which has what is required however they were only 3 mugs, 3 plates & 3 cups for all we booked it for 4 people. There was one very small frying pan and a small saucepan which has seen better days, No washing up liquid to clean crockery or pans, One of the bath rooms has a broken tile on the floor which could lead to someone cutting their bare feet. Also the shower hose was leaking badly

The location was fantastic. The couch was big and very comfy.

The property wasn’t clean. There was no hot water, and one of the toilets didn’t flush.

There was no information sheet, which meant that we didn't know how to access the wi-fi. There was no hot water, or instructions how to get hot water, and the original instructions (via What's App) were for the wrong apartment.

Location was perfect literally outside of the station. Free underground car park was perfect and easy accessed. It was clean and good utensils cannot fault the property at all. Everything you needed!

Location was good , comfortable bed all good Nicely equipped flat

Room was just next to train line which was very noisy But I put ear plugs and was better 😊 otherwise you can struggle

Everything was spoiled by the following. Collection of key, should be arranged which landlord that person calls when you are outside the building and someone brings it. Attitude of building staff, were unfavourable to the 2 black women booked into 54 passing through overly questioned us and left the two black men outside without no assistance Place needs a touch of paint There was no way of watching TV Picture fell and gave us near heart attack 1 cupboard broken No microwave

Great location 2 mins from the Train station and the Bull Ring shopping centre and a 10 min walk to Broad Street and Gas Street Basin entertainment areas. Also Express supermarket below building handy for provisions. We picked up the fob key from local agents 4 mins away from the building. The apartment was large and spacious, the beds were comfy and the showers were hot. Safe building with entry by fob and concierge/security on street level.

The apartment was lacking toiletries ie shower soap, the photos in the booking showed miniature bottles in each bathroom. We felt the unit needed a bit of fresh paint to spruce it up and instruction to use the tv which appeared not to be connected to the internet or any free to air channels. Also new towels would be nice. That aside we loved the location and the communication with the agent was excellent.

Good sized rooms, very convenient for New Street Station and the town centre. Free on site secure car parking (which is unusual in the town centre)

Access arrangements are complicated if you are arriving by car - you need a key fob to access the car park, but you can't pick up the keys from the property itself (you have to go to a newsagents outside the train station. This is only 3 min walk away, but you can't park outside so you need to find something else to put your car first). Very noisy (directly overlooking train station; the catch on the double-glazed window in one of the bedrooms was broken so it wouldn't close properly and even in the other bedroom the noise from trains was disturbing). Some minor repair work needed to the apartment (window catches, kitchen units).
