Luxury Apartment Best location in Liverpool city center

Svært sentral beliggenhet. Veldig hyggelig og god kommunikasjon med utleier og hennes representant både før under og etter oppholdet.

The location of the apartment was fantastic for us as we were in Liverpool to see a show at the Town Hall and visited several of the food venues nearby (literally 5 mins walk)(the Asian Ivy was superb!) We were met by Leanne who helped with parking the car and then access into the apartment. Leanne was both really helpful and charming, making us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. She explained every thing we needed to know and helped with any questions we had. Leanne even had a bottle of Fizz and some chocolates for us as we were in Liverpool celebrating. She was brilliant! The apartment is spacious and filled with all the things you'll need for a short stay although we didn't use the kitchen much at all as we dined out each night (& most mornings). Two spacious bedrooms, as described, and two bathrooms which was great. There is Wifi throughout which worked well and the usual channels on the smart TV. During the stay we had use of 'Fitness Centre' which we took advantage of and it was great as no one else seemed to be using it at the times we were there. The gym was not the best looked after and really could do with some TLC but has the basics and just what we needed. Overall our stay was really comfortable with just the slight issue of the heating a little inadequate, but this is a minor point give the portable heaters supplied and we would definitely stay again given the service, location, comfort & facilities at the apartment.

Unfortunately the lift was out of order and as such we had to climb several flights of stairs to get to the apartment. HOWEVER we were made aware of this before we arrived and were compensated for the inconvenience, which again highlights the great service we received.

Great communication

Unfortunately I was unable to stay here because they needed more notice of a booking, but the hosts were pleasant and responded quickly.

The lift not working

big spacrious apartment, very clean, great location.

On the fifth floor, and lift was broke, which was fine but not ideal on arrival and departure with luggage.
