Luxury Apartment Best location in Liverpool city center

Easy to find. As our train was delayed we had to communicate by phone with apartment manager. She was very helpful and made sure we arrived safely.

We were able to check in early which was great as arrived with luggage on the train. We were given clear instructions on arrival to get the keys. We were blown away when we went in the apartment, it's huge with everything we could possibly need. 2 big bedrooms, 1 ensuite and a main bathroom. the living space is huge with a very comfortable settee, impressive with the size of the TV. Fully fitted kitchen not that we used it much as location was amazing surrounded by places to eat and drink, plus convenience shops nearby. Shower was powerful. Felt safe and secure in the apartment. My partner wasn't wanting to do a lot of walking (sore knee) she was more than happy to stay in the apartment on her own whilst I went off to Haydock for the day One lift was working, corridor quiet. On check out day we had a lovely message to say we didn't need to rush to leave, if it wasn't for the train we'd have loved to have stayed longer. My partner is already looking when we can make a return visit - especially with the Alchemist on the same street!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Bit cold on the 1st night but soon sussed out the spare TV was actually a radiator!!! Slightly worried about how much electricity we were using so only used radiators to warm up the apartment until we were comfortable. It's a busy popular area so as expected some noise from outside but nothing that disturbed us

Excellent location. It's quieter than I thought. Gorgeous flat. Nice strong shower. Well equipped, good wifi. Bed (main bedroom) is very good.

Hot water ran out quick, one longer shower meant there wasn't enough water for another one. It was just 2 of us, so I can imagine this being a problem for parties of 3 or more. Towels could use changing - really old and used up. For the price and 3 night stay, I'd like to see at least an extra set and a newer nicer set. Considering you can buy nice towels for £20, at over £1000 per week, this should be a given. Some bathrobes and a set of slippers would be a nice bonus, too. I had to go buy some (or you'll have to pack them for the trip). The coffee machine tank had algae in it, so it clearly wasn't used/cleaned properly for a while. There was only 1 pod, too, as I think someone said earlier. TV is a bit old, too, so you can't really cast to it. And I couldn't connect to the Bluetooth speaker/radio either. We've not used the 2nd bedroom, but there appears to have been some ticking noise coming out of the heater, I think (even though We've not touched anything) Some pictures were on the floor when I got in - trying to stick them with 3m tape to the wall probably isn't wise (maybe put a hanger or w tiny hook up, or use "no more nails" if you want to perma stick them). These are all small things, but the small adjustments and a tiny investment of a few extra pounds a month would make a 10/10, 5* experience.

the photo showing the building was not taken recently there was scaffolding all up the main entrance and round some of the appartments ,our first impresions to the main door was a closed down restaraunt and arun down asian one the remains of the fountain base was used to throw litter in. our first entry to the appartment was it looked good but the laminate flooring inthe hall creaked under your feet so going to the bathroom at night was very noisy the toilet inthe shower room had to be pumped to flush ,even so the space and location made up for most of this ,think its time for some refurb.

Great location. Spacious rooms. Parking available under the building. Super-helpful house manager that helped us with so many things. Really comfy beds and pillows. Good array of kitchen facilities and even nice little touches like an umbrella to take out. Highly recommend - better value than 2 small hotel rooms for the same period.

The hot water had gone after 2 showers and there were four of us. The access to the building complex to/from the car park isn’t obvious. That’s not a fault of the owner - just the design of the building. There’s no signs in the car park to direct you to the building and no signs in the building to say how to reach the residents car park. The house manager thankfully told us to take lift to the basement and use the keyfob to access doors.

The place was amazing. A lot of space, and the position in city center was the best thing.

Sometimes in the morning was little bit of noise from outside. Was a dirty place outside in the back of the building where you have the entrance.

Close to everything we’d planned to go to. Well laid out. Owner and housekeeper very helpful. Private parking
