Que no pudimos dormir cómodos los 6 ya que el sofá cama estaba roto y a pesar de contactar con ellos el día de llegada no nos dieron solución alguna

Very good location and really good value for money! Good size for two people too.

Advertised as a bigger flat. Pillows and covers are terrible, too thin and not warm enough for a January time in Budapest. Door number wasn’t even anywhere to be found, the instructions need to be a bit clearer. Stated that it’s a luxurious residence but it’s in need of tlc. Driver that was sent as part of our free airport transfer was rather rude due to us being delayed at the airport.

A little bit dirty, access to apartment dirty and old, it smells to Chinese food from down locals, sauna bath instructions are not clear and never could find the keys to do it works…

No nos gusto nada, el PEOR apartamento en el que hemos estado durante todos estos años que somos clientes de BOOKING, el apartamento era inviable, no se podia dormir por el fuerte olor a WC, QUE ESTABA DENTRO DE LA HABITACION Y QUE NO HABIA FORMA DE VENTILAR EL APARTAMENTO YA QUE ESTABAMOS A la temperatura de -7 grados, las camas no tenian almohadas para dormir, las sabana bajera de la cama llena de pelos que suponemos que serian de los anteriores huespedes, tuvimos que reservar y pagar otro apartamento la misma tarde que llegamos , pagamos este apartamento para no poder utilizarlo , el anfitrion no contesto a nuestro mensajes , con lo que estamos con una reclamacion via BOOKING para que nos abonen el importe del aparatamento que no pudimos utilizar en nuestras vacaciones.,

The apartment is well situated. The host is readily available to answer texts and gave good directions on how to find and enter the apartment.

The beds need better mattresses and newer sheets and covers. The pillows were not supportive or standard bed pillows, more like small cushions. The shower heads need changing. There was no plug for the bath the host communicated one would come but this didnt happen to the day before leaving on a 5 night stay. Very limited provisions, no shampoo in bathroom, only green tea bags, no creamer or tea selection or coffee plunger options. The lamp in second bedroom did not work. The sink in second bathroom had no plug. So plumbing and bedding revamps needed.

Don't go near! The place is filthy. The sheets are dirty, the sofa is stained, the dressing table is broken and dangerous. And one of the rooms has a very bad smell. לא להתקרב! המקום מטונף. המצעים מלוכלים, הספה מוכתמת, שידת מראה שבורה ומסוכנת. ובאחד החדרים ריח רע מאוד

Dirty, not maintained, the doors in the showers are completely transparent (this is a two-bedroom apartment, not a romantic couple's apartment) bed linen with hair and a bad smell. The owner of the property does not respond מלוכלך, לא מתוחזק, הדלתות במקלחות שקופות לגמרי (זו דירת שני חדרי שינה לא דירת זוג רומנטית) מצעים עם שערות וריח רע. בעלת הנכס לא מגיבה

Location, heated floors in bathroom. Host was great and attentive.
