Very lovely rooms. Spacious and well designed. Restaurant staff, in particular were great. Quiet too

They need to sort out the surcharge at check-in (referred to by other reviewers too) . The price should be the same as the price agreed on Booking.com

Die Zimmer sind in einem neuwertigen Zustand und hervorragend ausgestattet, ergänzt durch einen erstklassigen Service (täglich kostenfreies Wasser und Tee). Die Betten boten einen hohen Schlafkomfort, und das Frühstücksbuffet überzeugte durch seine Vielfalt und Reichhaltigkeit. Darüber hinaus wurden auch individuelle Wünsche berücksichtigt. Auch im Winter sehr angenehm zu temperierende Zimmer. Danke für das kostenlose Zimmerupgrade!

"A Gem of a Hotel."

The Belvedere is a gem of a hotel! It is beautiful, comfortable and a 6 star experience. I loved my stay here. The room was beautiful, clean and warm. A lovely bed and a good night's sleep and the Staff are all welcoming, helpful and polite. I would definitely stay here again. The Location is good, walking distance to the cable car and The Dalai Lama Temple.

Absolutely nothing. I loved my stay at The Belvedere.
