Staff was kind and place really clean. Location also great

Location is great, spacious room, Access to the gym and lounge

Bed is for 1 person (even when booking for 2), room wasn't clean. Remember that you have to tidy after your stay, they tell you to wash the dishes, but you will not get any sponge or liquid, we didn't get any shampoo/shower gel (description of booking tells that you will get). We only got one towel (we asked for the second one as we were as a couple - description also showed that we would get) but very unkind man speaking Creole-English told us that we cannot get it and told us to go, because it was late (8 PM), we couldn't even understand him, we asked him to speak clearer, but he only got angry.

Decent location.

Communication unclear and contradictory (check out instructions I received by email were apparently incorrect; student verification needed additional steps which my party wasn’t told about until the night before we arrived, despite having been booked in - and allegedly ‘verified’ - for more than a month. This was really stressful). Not especially clean in general - the pillowcase was stained and my toilet was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned or even flushed. Not even hand soap provided, and my friend’s room had no toilet roll, which staff then refused to provide. I understand that this venue is not a ‘hotel’ but the lack of even basic hygienic goods is so unreasonable - who brings hand soap and toilet roll with them on a short trip?? If we were expected to bring these items it should have been communicated clearly (so that I could have booked us at a hotel instead). We have all stayed at repurposed student accommodation before, and never had an experience this poor. This isn’t the fault of staff, who were decent enough, but this place has no business advertising itself like this. If you’re going to be accommodation for people, and not limit stays to long-haul periods where it might be reasonable for people to buy their own toilet roll etc, you should be providing these basic amenities. Even a hostel or bad hotel would have done so.

- No dish soap, sponge, toilet roll, hand soap, or absolutely anything to cook with whatsoever, no bin bags - they say they don’t provide anything except the toilet roll when I asked, and still didn’t even bring it after asking - Room was dusty and oven not clean - Room cannot be locked from the inside - Towels and sheets were stained - Maintenance came into my room a day before checkout, thinking my room was supposed to be vacated, again, the doors need to be able to be locked from the inside Would not stay here again. Staying at a hotel would have given you much better peace of mind/safety, and more basic amenities for the same price. Totally unequipped to be a true self catering rental for people staying temporarily, it is quite literally an empty room with a duvet, pillow, and a towel.

Clean room

No soap, no coffee or tea, and one towel for two people.

Good accommodation, but lacked basic utilities like cutlery and plates for kitchenette. Access is also limited or restricted to certain communal areas like the gym, which is a shame

Good location. Great value for money. Good size room.

Dirty bed linen. Dirty towels. Uncomfortable bed.

It is very comfortable and spacious, modern and facilities

Bathroom washing basic is too small !
