Room was good. Quite spacious. Bathroom was great. Nice cooking facilities

The cooker was a problem. Switching it on was nearly impossible. Sustaining the heat to get the food cooked was very difficult. We nearly slept hungry. Thanks to the staff who sent a technical person to work on it and thanks to the technician who did an excellent job.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always making sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. The location was very convenient, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would be happy to stay here again in the future!

Building is secure with multiple card entry points. I always felt safe. The reception was always staffed whenever I walked in (that’s a good sign). They have good sports facilities (I didn’t use it though) as it is a student residence. There is a bus stop near the property for easy access into the city or airport. The staff are responsive and friendly. When I asked for dish soap and a sponge, it was placed in my room shortly after. Covered and secure indoor bike storage facilities was also a major plus point.

I don’t think this property is set up for short-term stay. It has the solid foundation for a student to move in long term, and bring with them all the things they need during their stay. Most amenities provided are bare minimum just to tick a box. In essence, it has a kitchenette, but if you want to wash your dishes, there was no dish soap and sponge provided (they brought it for me later when I asked for it - I used the tiny shampoo they gave me to wash my dishes on the first day). No kitchen towel or drying rack to wash your dishes, no paper towel, and you barely have any toilet paper provided to then dry your dishes. If you want to have tea or coffee in the morning, you have to go to the nearest supermarket to buy an entire jar of coffee or tea for your two-day stay (this could have easily been provided). If you need a hairdryer, you need to bring it with you. I was staying for two days and just traveling with a small backpack, and I found it inconvenient to go buy everything I need for 2 days when it wouldn’t cost the management much to put two tea bags in the room. There were no tea spoons either, so I stirred my morning coffee using a butter knife. Shower temperature was regulated to keep it warm but not hot. Bed was squeaky and uncomfortable but fine for a short stay. Again, everything is manageable and you get creative but certainly inconvenient.
