I can’t think of anything I like

My family and I had traveled to Leesville to attend a funeral service. Our stay was not even close to what I expected from my booking It started out by the receptionist didn’t see both of my rooms on the reservation, both were later located and assigned. One room had to be assigned three times before a room was excepted, first time the room was occupied by other guests, 2nd time room hadn’t been cleaned and final was not cleaned either food on the floor and bathroom was not cleaned . The 2nd room didn’t have any bath towels and we were told none were available, bathroom tub was very dirty and lastly water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. This is without a doubt my worst experience I’ve ever had with my of my travels. I can’t see how they received the ratings they received.

Normal hotel

The place is old bedding was lumpy and stained. The room settling was very uncomfortable. We sanitized the place for some comfort. Spread our clean clothes over the bec to lay on to get a couple of hours of sleep prior to returning travel. We slept in our clothes and left early morning.

The staff was nice. The room was sizable.

The spa tub was dirty as well as the bathroom sink. There was also used coffee pods on the table and in the coffee make. The staff di give me some cleaning products so I was able to clean the tub and sink myself. My vehicle was also broken into and my wallet was taken from it. They do NOT have cameras in the parking lot so nothing to really be done. The staff was kind and helpful in trying to assist with the problem though

Staff was horrible, the lady at the front desk had a very nasty attitude, checked me in , gave me 2 keys that didn’t work, walked back down to the desk and explained that the keys didn’t work? She gave me key 3 key, it didn’t work ether. So she walked with me to the room and tried key 4 keys, it’s didn’t work. She then checked me into a 2nd room . Key worked, but the toilet did not flush correctly, I had to flush 5 times. Anyway, the check in lady was definitely new to the hotel / hospitality business. Possibly the USA- ??? She needs to be re trained and show some respect to guests.
