Comfortable bed

The sheets and pillows were stained and dirty. No outlets for USB’s, and not enough towels.

Room had not been cleaned, sheets were stained and had hair throught the sheets, The tub was filthy, no soap and there were no batteries in the tv remote. I went to front desk and was given a different room , an “upgrade” and it smelled of mildew and had an overall dirty feeling and was definitely not an upgrade. Oh and no coffee for the coffee pot. Front desk texted my photos to the manager. I never received contact from management until i completed a survey they emailed to me. I then received an email response from the manager stating he had no idea of the issues and had he been aware, i would have been compensated. He denied seeing the photos. He did give an apology but that was all. On a positive note, the front desk girl was very kind and patient.

Room was quiet and clean. Staff was nice.

Water spray from shower head was not to our liking.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The accommodations were very nice.

Breakfast was very good that had hot and cold choices. Morning staff member was very accommodating. No bugs!!

Main ceiling light was out. Squealing fan on heater/ac. Several outlets not working. Rooms reserved for 4 people only had towels and other accommodations for 2.
