Good location. Easy reach from the train station. Comfortable room. Spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

Water pressure in my room a bit low for the shower

Very comfortable, everything we needed supplied in kitchen. Location excelkent for our needs..walking distance from.station, cathedral and town centre

We had to make special arrangements and pay extra to pick up the keys at 19h. The availability of standard check in was limited to short couple of hours

Was a nice room, close to the coventry centre, next to the train station. Had everything i wanted in the room and for a nice price aswell.

The matress was a bit thin, but since that is the only complaint i had i think its a good place.

Hair all over the floor and no TV

Here, there is no toilet paper in the toilet, no shower gel, no shampoo products, no anti-skid mat. I almost slipped when I took a shower. I didn't get close to the sofa because I thought it was dirty for a week. There was nothing in the living room except the dining table and chairs. There was no TV. It was very empty. The bedding was rubbish. The bedspread was pilling, as if someone had slept on it. The quilt was the cheapest quilt in the supermarket, which was probably about 20 pounds. The quilt cover was not pure cotton. When I woke up in the morning, the quilt was already twisted in the quilt cover. I stayed for a week and endured the noise after 10 pm for three days. On the first day, I called the customer service, and the hotel management sent me an email asking me not to make noise. They may not understand what I meant. I hung up the phone to complain that there was noise after 11 pm that prevented me from sleeping.
