Very close to station, comfy bed, good kitchen facilities and equipment, spacious, nice shower, handy table and desk available, great WIFI

Had a late check in but had to wait a while for someone to come to let us in. No bin or outside bin for recycling, maybe a lamp by the bed as lights quite bright, dustpan and brush would be handy

The location is fantastic for anyone relying on public transport. The short walk to the train station made it easy for me to explore nearby cities, while the proximity to the city center allowed me to enjoy the local attractions without hassle. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essential amenities. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of exploring.

I was disappointed that the towels were not replaced during my six-night stay, even though we paid for services. This has affected my overall experience.

The staff are lovely and very helpful. They had something like a welcome pack with everything explained, including important phone numbers etc. It's located right next to the train station so it will be perfect if you've gt a lot of luggage. The room was bigger than the usual hotel rooms, super warm which I liked, and with a kitchen box containing everything you'll need to make yourself a dinner or breakfast - microwave, ceramic hobs, oven, cutlery, pans... Everything. There's a lift and everything is accessible.

I'm not sure how long ago has the room been cleaned, however the floor was not just dirty but there was a cutting of a fingernail in the middle of the room. The shower also didn't work properly and unfortunately we found out just on Friday night so reception was closed until Monday. We had to try and fix it as much as ee can by ourselves until we can report it.

Location, room size and communication

The room was not cleaned before we checked in. The staff, sometimes, were insufficiently informed.

Lovely friendly staff and the studio was comfy and had everything I needed. Perfect location as well.

Good location. Very close to the railway station and the city centre. Spacious studio, with good facilities. Quiet.

Light over the bed not working most of the time. No toilet paper. Bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom.

Next to the train station. Easy access. Lovely staff.

I liked the property, very clean and large. There was an issue with our booking but the staff were very polite, accommodating and upgraded our booking due to the mishap. Overall a very pleasant experience. Near some shops, coffee shops and 2 minutes from the train station.

The flat was very basic, minimal furniture, though in good condition made the flat feel very empty. Check out wasn't very clear as we left when there wasn't any staff on the premises.
