Host went above and beyond

Good water pressure on the showers but I'm afraid that's where it ends.....

Checking in process is an absolute shambles can't check in till after 18:00 if you require any time before you have to pay extra..... we was stood around waiting till after 7 o'clock for the dude to show up, the description of the apartment is very misleading it says 3 bed but in reality it's a 2 bed apartment with beds put in the living room area which was very strange to me.. on initial inspection it Dident look too bad but the more you look the worse it got..... not great!!!!! so glad our stay was only for one night!

Space and location.

No milk available. Parking restrictions cause me to pay extra £9 for 2 hours.

Host was amazing, communicated through the whole process, ironed out any minor issues we had and a very genuine guy! Property was spacious, clean, decent condition and probably one of the best locations you can get, you’re a stone throw away from everything in the centre! Working lift and underground car park with a free space was the cherry on top!

Communication from the host was excellent. The location was great, with the added bonus of free private parking. Having two bathrooms was also a real plus, especially as there were six of us staying. Check‑in from 6pm felt a little late, however, the host was accommodating and allowed an earlier check‑in, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, the description is a little misleading. The property does not have three bedrooms; instead, there are two doubles and a double plus single bed in the lounge area. This is more of a studio-style setup. Privacy was important to us, which was the main reason for booking a property advertised as having three bedrooms. While the property appeared clean, on closer inspection it would benefit from additional attention, and the overall condition feels a bit tired.
