City Centre Wallgate Apartments- Step back into Roman history

Well appointed apartment, 2 bedroom which is rare at this price, very central just have to negotiate North Hill,

The location and property were superb; exactly what we were looking for having a weekend away.

Convenient location close to the town centre and also on the bus route for the rail station. There is a varied selection of restaurants very close to the apartment. There were no problems with outside noise as it was a cold spell in mid February and very quiet at night. The lounge was comfortable with a great streaming TV and the modern kitchen had all the equipment you could need. The heating is efficient, electric wall radiators which we soon got used to.

We expected one flight of stairs but didn’t expect two which were quite steep and narrow. With suitcases they were a bit challenging! A mirror in the smaller bedroom would have been very handy as would some hooks for hanging space.

Location very good round the corner from a very good pub for food and drink. And short walk to the town centre

facilities were excellent, host was very friendly and great communication.

a little hard to find the door but maybe it was because i arrived when it’s dark.

We were in Colchester to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Three Wise Monkeys and see 3 of our favorite bands perform. The location was excellent, the flat exactly what we needed. Greatly appreciated the towel warmer in the bathroom as December was chilly, as well as the electric kettle.

We had a little trouble finding the entrance, but sorted it out quickly
