City Centre Wallgate Apartments- Step back into Roman history

It was a very quaint looking apartment that was very comfortable. It was very clean which made the stay just that much better! The check in and check out were really easy, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The free carparking was great, but some people from the restaurant near the building parked in spots that made it hard to get in to the carpark.

Being locked out due to an electronic keypad not working.The shower was quite small.

Self catering - good facilities, and extremely comfortable bed. Excellent location - walkable into town, and restaurants nearby. Newly furnished, spotlessly clean.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Beautifully renovated. Extremely responsive and helpful staff.

The little stairs to the bedroom and auto closing fire doors to the rooms/bathroom were a slight pain but it's to be expected being an older building and to be compliant. It could however be an issue for elderly people.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of the town centre and the Roman walls. Apartment is nicely finished. Very good communication from the owner.

Very good location, close to town and everything in it and free parking

The living room of the apartment, which is at the front of the building is right next to the very noisy traffic. As I was there in hot weather, I couldn’t have the window open if I was to hear the TV or myself think. Luckily the bedrooms at the back and were quieter at night. An air conditioner should be provided so that you can close the windows on hot evenings and not be disturbed by traffic.

Location was excellent. shower clean. parking was great.
