For the reason we were at great Yarmouth this holiday home was prefect, what a lovely holiday home clean and well equipped, quiet and peaceful this time of year

We've been to Cherry Tree before and like the location. Nr to the North Norfolk coast it enables us to go on day trips to familiar places we like to visit. Ie The Broads and Norwich and Winterton on Sea.

The Caravan wasn't the one we had booked. Sadly, 2 days before our visit the owner called to tell us she had double booked and offered us another caravan. She sent photos, and although it wasn't what we really wanted regarding the seating. The original had settees, and this one had fixed Caravan seating. we agreed to accept it as it was we felt really late to find an alternative. The reason for this is after a day out walking we like to relax in comfort and the fixed caravan seating doesn't allow for that. But otherwise the caravan was fine. The bed was comfy. The caravan seating could have been abit cleaner and had a funny smell which we couldn't work out what it was. Resorting to buying a reed diffuser to dull the smell helped.

Everything was up to standard

We didn’t have hub passes had to pay for swimming access and entertainment

The property was clean, well looked after and really nice

There was nothing we disliked about the property

The site was lovely. Very quiet and small

Very expensive on site we didnt like the owner of the caravan 737 and was accused of using all the wifi. Thats why there was none also blamed my grandchildren. And the odd couple before us.So no Netflix for the boys in the evening. No wifi for game while nanny has a small break from entertainment lol

It was easy to find and there was plenty of parking The caravan was very cozy and had a coffee making machine, which was nice

That the toilet seat was very wobbly and we were scared that it would break and we would be charged so we was very careful when going to the toilet The handrail in the bathroom is not secure and would fall off the wall every time you use the towel to dry your hands so we did not use it . Everything else was great
