"Bliss"

Peaceful location of the property but then only a short drive to local towns. Great space for family and dogs and loved the en-suite in each room.

Absolutely loved the space . The kitchen was great for entertaining and the overall layout was fantastic. Loved the boot/ laundry/ drying room and the remoteness and peaceful countryside was fab.

"A true home away from home"

This cottage is in a fabulous location; quiet, surrounded by nature and engulfed in tranquility. The owners are super responsive and easy to deal with. This is a superb cottage that simply doesn't disappoint. Located almost equidistantly between Dufftown and Huntly, this home away from home offers excellent proximity to many diverse places to visit in Northern Aberdeenshire. We'd come back here in a flash - no negatives at all.

My only regret is that I'd really have loved to stay longer!

"Peaceful country escape"

Beautiful quiet secluded spot but with town very nearby. Something for everyone. Loved the kitchen and cooking on the AGA. Kids adored the cows, tree swing, firepit and extra entertainment from the outhouses. Great pressure showers, very comfortable beds and WiFi to keep teens happy.

"Peaceful retreat in Speyside."

I liked that the cottage had 3 ensuite bedrooms and an extra half-bath downstairs. The heating wasn't working when we arrived and after several attempts to get it going and texting with the property manager it still wouldn't work. They promptly sent someone out who was able to fix it.

The kitchen sink had a constant drip. That was the only thing we noticed that needed attention.
