Poor public transport, poor kitchen facilities - no cutlery or plates. Soap for bedrooms had to be requested. Ridiculous identity requests which, in the end, were not needed.

Aging furniture, silver fish insects on the floor, unclean carpet. Had to park some distance to the room. Had trouble accessing car park. Accommodation staff not interested in parking issue. Not clear where to pick up keys.

I liked everything about the property,however car park bit far from the block I was staying in plus must be a way or permission to allow parking near by because there was other cars & vans parked in certain paces (just saying) Plus I wasn’t allowed to use the shared kitchen because it was locked I’ve questioned that @ reception no joy kitchen facility not included u should’ve been told that (building regs etc) Except that everything was FINE.
GBRoom was fine,clean very tidy, excellent Wi-Fi, local Tesco Express was open on campus plus the bar. Great for the price as local hotels seemed excessively overpriced Holiday inn express £154 etc.
Kitchen could have been cleaned but when sharing its down to other people to keep clean as well.
GB-The environment was quiet despite being on a students campus. -it was about 10-15mins to town centre by bus or car. -I like the fact that the beach was behind my window. -it’s Ideal for short stay not advisable for long stay. -I was able to use the allocated visitor car park overnight. The charges were reasonable
-There was no kitchen -Mattress was one of those spring mattresses. So, it was not too really comfy. It would be comfortable for lightweight person -For seven nights, eight days, the room nor bathroom was not cleaned. No cleaning equipment such as brush and pan or small bin in the accommodation. Just one roll of toilet paper was made available. -I stained my beddings with tea the third day of arrival. I reported it via WhatsApp. The person contacted me after 24hrs to take my complaints to booking.com because I had others as well. I made a call to customer service but all to no avail. I slept on the stained sheets for the duration of my stay since there was no replacement. - No light in the toilet which I reported -Leak in the toilet which I reported -poor communication. - heck information was received after I called from the car park on the day of arrival.

Only 10 min bus ride into town but for some it will feel a little remote from everything.
