IEThe buildings are new, rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable. Didn't use the kitchen but it looked clean and spacious
A bit disconnected from Swansea outside of term months. There was no bin in the room or the bathroom, no hangers, no hooks.

Grubby, poor facilities. No bin, grubby walls and bathroom. Doors don’t lock when you are inside your room. Room key stopped working halfway through stay- toilet paper disintegrated the second you touched it. Overall poor experience.

The room was not clean, there was no bin, the bedroom doors can’t be locked on eve you are inside. Finding the reception is hard and it’s poorly signposted . I did not like receiving WhatsApp messages asking about my arrival time when it was still early in the day- it just gave me a sense that i was inconvenience rather than a guest.

The bed was uncomfortable. There was no bin in room (had to take all rubbish to kitchen). Towels were not changed during stay. There was a kitchen, but no mugs, plates, cutlery or cooking equipment, never been in accommodationwith a kitchen where this was not provided. My key card to room stopped working and wouldn't let me into my room - had to be reset.
