unclear instructions on how to set up WIFI, had to contact wifi provider directly to support. Took ages to get access to my room.

The staff not cooperate at all, I checked in late around 10pm and wanted to check out late around 8pm but the staff not allowed to stay even one hour

The fan in my bathroom didn't switch off which was a bit disturbing at night. The fan in my wife's roof didn't work at all. And the shower in my room had a lot of mold which I find unacceptable because we had to pay £75 per room for cleaning costs.
