everything is broken and old and the owner is looking for the opportunity to get money from you, with his rules that he sends you later when you are already inside, I am left owing a day because I paid on 08/19/25 and he gave me the entry code on 08/20/25 the door in front of the house closed, the gentleman did not have any keys to the doors of the house, abusive he sent me a text asking me to call the locksmith since I was outside in the cold with my children and I called the locksmith and sent him a text message that he was already there and he came and mentioned to the locksmith that it was not the first time, so why did he not have any keys to the house? I authorized a lock change and left without saying goodbye and the locksmith charged me and left me the key and this was on 08/20 at night and 22 went for the key demanding that I give it to him and he did not want to give me the locksmith's money and then I complained to booking and the gentleman called me saying that he was not going to give me anything that I had to pay him for his time and that it was a total of $ 1500 dollars because he had to go see the door instead of being with his family and he threatened me that if I complained to booking he was going to charge them from my card that had my account number😭 I rented this property because I saw that it had very good comments but I never noticed that there were only 8 and the gentleman said that he had been renting for 10 years, it is doubtful since in many businesses family and friends put very good comments so I hope what you did does not happen to you.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The house is located on a quiet road in a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. There was clear communication from the host. It is clean and is well equipped in terms of kitchen facilities, washer/drier, shower, A/C and comfortable beds. As advertised, it is not a luxury property, but the prices are very reasonable for its great location and we hope to be back again.

Great kitchen and laundry facilities that made our stay easier and more affordable. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We loved the location - there was a tot lot around the corner where we took our little ones. Very close to the BART, shops and restaurants. The neighbors were very friendly. We felt very much at home.
