The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything you need. The ladies at Reception are always smiling, genuinely helpful, caring, and incredibly accommodating. It truly feels like staying with family. Although our checkout time was 12:00, our flight wasn’t until 5 PM, so I asked if we could stay longer and inquired about any additional charges. Without hesitation, she kindly let us stay until 4 PM at no extra cost. Later, when I returned the key, she even asked how I was feeling since I hadn’t been well. Such a thoughtful and sweet gesture! Will definitely book this place again when I'm back in Puerto Princesa

Lovely staff, super clean, really good location for accessing puerto princesa airport and tour pick ups. Only thing is the WiFi wasn’t good and data didn’t really work either in the room
