very clean and fresh.

the accommodation was clean and the owner who lives next door was friendly well equipped kitchen for a getaway

parking was dreadful as there is a school opposite and houses on the street all had drives.the shower had a 13inch gap for you to get in it which wasn't ideal as my partner couldn't get in shower

It was fine, a nicely designed small space, great value.

Personality didn't like the kitchen sink being the only sink plus even the slimmest of us found getting into the shower a bit awkward. If you had a fat client, they'd be stuck.

Handy location. Just what was required for the purpose of our stay.

No wash hand basin. Not able to park car outside property as not sufficient room for car as neighbour said we would be blocking their driveway.

The place was clean and tidy and bed was very comfortable and David was very good and sorted WiFi out and he took on board that he needs to widen shower door

Everything, nothing to fault as it suited our purpose for a 1 night stopover. The booking was easy, instructions were easy to understand. The property was very clean & well stocked with essentials. It was only a 5 mins car/bus journey or 15 min walk to town centre. I would recommend a stay here & will probably book again when in the area. Thanks to Dave & Sami

Nothing to dislike at all

The location was close to birkdale village and the owners had a pamphlet filled with information about where to eat out or take aways and taxi numbers which was greatly appreciated

I saw cobwebs all over corners

The bathroom gate too was too small ..I have to squeeze myself in

Perfect location for us to get to Formby; good communication from host; clean and comfortable.

Just two things - 1) not having a sink in the bathroom, so having to use the kitchen sink to wash faces, do teeth and shave, is not ideal 2) my husband didn’t have a good night’s sleep because there is a streetlight that shines directly through the front door and that kept him awake - I’d suggest a curtain you could pull across the front door as an easy fix for this.
