Very poor housekeeping. Torn towels unclean room, no soap shampoo

Location is convenient. Staff were friendly and catered to most of our requests.

The hotel needs urgent pest control. Lots of cockroaches in the bathrooms. There is no food or hot drinks available at the hotel. Not even tea or coffee. This is a major inconvenience

I liked nothing

The washroom was not cleaned even after telling them to remove the hair from the wash basin they didn’t do it. The shampoos and shower gel provided were very bad. I paid Rs. 7000 for a single night and it all was waste. The staff were rude. The images on bookings.com did not match the reality of the property.

It wasn't 3 star standard. Club emerald hotel which is in same area is also 3 star, however, much-much better place than this. Bed sheet, comfort and pillow cover looked old and had stains on close look. Didn't get extra bed for my toddler which I requested at the time of booking. Even while checking in I mentioned about extra bed but was told will not be provided as the bed size is big enough. Shower 🚿 was in middle of toilet which was fun and stupid setup. Towels were old and were washed so many times that they lost their softness. No slipper was provided. Tv remote was not available and had to request for one. Furniture was old and stained. Curtains were dirty and looked like they were not washed for ages. Overall, it was ok hotel as per their price but definately not a 3 star hotel and can't say good value for money. Booking.com need to look into the hotel rating seriously or else they might start losing the customers. I should be compensated for this booking as I felt I was mis-guided by the rating. I am level 2 customer means I have used the platform alot of time however this was a big time disappointed.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

The location is great- very near Central Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again
