FabHotel Neelkamal - Chembur

The breakfast was brought from outside which was very tasty but the way the breakfast was served to us was not very good, it did not match the hotel standards.

We had time after leaving the hotel at 12, as the flight time was in the evening. When we returned to the hotel after lunch, your staff did not allow us to change nor did they ask us for tea or water. We object to this type of behavior.

Location is good. Very near to chembur monorail station. Checkin was smooth at 5 in the morning.

Very limited arrangements of breakfast, that too after 9:30am. Too tiny room for two people. No to little room service. Did not even get a staff during checkout. Anything you need, you’ll have to call the reception twice to get it done otherwise they’ll forget it. They won’t provide you the wifi password. I asked them for 3 days and every time they’ve told me the wrong password. One wifi password they accidentally told me which was also kept switched off frequently.

In our room door lock access card not working. Everytime need to wait for person to come and swipe acess card

Value for money write in a city centre station 5 min away hotel in good market place and shopping centre hotel is very nice and clean breakfast was simple but enough to stay a day

Beautiful place to stay with a grate location only 1 towels available no water in room ,apart from this cleaning is good no resturant option
