La Lola

Die zentrale Lage ist gut. Es gibt Frühstück. Die Chefin und das Personal waren sehr liebevoll um uns bemüht.

Wahrscheinlich (hoffentlich) haben wir einfach einen schlechten Zeitpunkt erwischt, weil das hauseigene Restaurant zurück ins Gebäude umgezogen ist. Es kamen so viele Kleinigkeiten zusammen: Es war chaotisch, leider nicht sauber, sehr laut und nach unserem Strandtag war auch noch das Wasser abgestellt. Dazu war das Frühstück leider nicht sehr gut, das Zimmer eh sehr klein (was angemessen ist für den Preis) und die Aircon roch schimmlig. Alles in allem war uns das in diesem Moment zu viel (und wir haben schon viele Unterkünfte erlebt und sind nicht picky) und wir haben die Unterkunft vorzeitig verlassen.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean and comfortable. If traveling as a group it has a large communal veranda on the top floor.

The stairs are quite steep so could be a struggle for some people, but otherwise great facilities.

Les chiens et les coqs, mais ça l’établissement n’y peut rien. 🤣

Emplacement idéal, en plein cœur de Port Barton, du terminal, de la plage. Une chambre très confortable, avec frigo, Clim silencieuse, des produits pour la salle de bain. La literie est top !

La personne de la réception est aussi au restaurant à quelque mètres qui fait partie du même groupe, du coup rarement quelqu’un de dispo à l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner pourrai proposer un peu plus de choix.

We stayed for two nights and had no issues at all! Good location, off the main road so quiet at night. Port Barton itself is very small so its walk distance to beach, restaurants, bars and all. Room is a good size and shower was very cool too, one of the most different ones I’ve ever seen. Good value for money. Would stay there again :)

My room on the second floor was very nice and the facilities were very good.

I didn’t like the room on the third floor; the stairs were too steep.

The location is very scenic with water ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Boats to take you on activities landing directly in front of the property. The staff are attentive and polite at all times.

The ability to reach downtown El Nido is, as noted, about 25 km.
