Un poco sucio, pero por el precio está bien situado y el desayuno está muy rico

No me gustó nada.

Hotel antiguo, dejado, sin mantenimiento. Humedades que se te meten hasta en los pulmones. Nunca había nadie en recepción para pedir que te limpien la habitación. Tuvimos que coger el papel del wc del baño de recepción porque NO había personal, al día siguiente fuimos a buscar más, y ni lo habían repuesto. La cama es del mismo tamaño que una hoja de fumar. El desayuno es para salir corriendo, solo lo probamos el primer dia, aún teniéndolo pagado, fuimos a otros sitios a desayunar. El restaurante (donde desayunas) siempre está vacío, y no me extraña porque cuando abres la puerta la peste te echa para atrás.

La ubicación es espectacular, la variedad en el desayuno también.

I am not going to waste my time explaining everything that was wrong about this hotel, it will take me months to write it properly. I want to WARN every tourist going to port barton to avoid this smelly, leaking, moldy hotel at all costs, or face the same horrible dilemma that we suffered here for our first night. We arrived at 6pm in total darkness, nobody in reception, no power or lights, and the lady came out only when we banged on the door behind the reception desk. We had to carry our own luggage up the very dangerous and very steep stairs to our rooms on the second floor, only to find them filthy dirty, flooded with water, and smelling very musty with mold and water all over the walls from the leaking roof, and during the night our beds got wet as well from water leaking thru the ceiling fan/light. I fell down the top stairs 3 times because it is very steep, and there was no lights or power on which made us have to use our mobile phone torch. We decided to leave this smelly filthy dump in the morning, nobody was there to check us out, and we ended up walking to the beach where we managed to book 2 rooms at Ausan Cottage for the next 4 nights. We booked this hotel for 4 nights, but only stayed 1, and we only stayed that night as it was too late and pouring with rain to go elsewhere. I recorded several videos and took many photos of the hotel on that first night and in the following morning, and i will be putting the video in my Youtube channel as proof of this factual review, and the owner can then have his/her say and try to rebuke everything that i wrote here in this review. I will also be contacting booking.com with a formal complaint, and i will be asking for a full refund. DO NOT STAY HERE, the foreign owner and his wife were not in Philippines during our stay time to oversee all the problems here. BTW i uploaded 15 photos to show the water leaks, filth, stains, and the steep stairs, but i cannot find them in the booking.com page for this hotel.

Un sitio con muy buena localización, con habitaciones modernas, buen wifi, buena presión del agua y buen aire acondicionado.

Que el agua que tenían para consumo no estaba refrigerada, por poner algo.

La habitación es amplia, tiene espacio para dejar las cosas y el baño está reformado. El desayuno es muy bueno, tanto en cantidad como en variedad de platos para elegir. Además, hay agua caliente y agua potable ilimitada, lo cual se agradece

Al llegar no había nadie, y no habían visto nuestra reserva de Booking. Tuvimos que preguntar a los vecinos hasta que nos indicaron ir al restaurante, donde finalmente nos vinieron a abrir. El desayuno no se sirve en el mismo alojamiento. El wifi no funciona (lo necesitaba para trabajar), contacté por Booking y nunca me respondieron. La sala común huele a humedad y la habitación no tiene ni nevera ni hervidor para preparar café
