First of all there were rats in the ceiling running around and in the corner of the ceiling you can see where the rats have been weeing because it is coming down the wall it is stained. Secondly the shower wouldn’t drain. Lastly the breakfast wasn’t good.

We arrived around 9 PM and a lady awaited us on arrival. The room was clean. The shower looked new and had great water pressure. Silog breakfast was really good. Laundry was done easy and finished in 1 day. It is also near to the beach, restaurants and massages.

Breakfast is served nearby the premise, 2 mins. walking distance. I heard quute loud movements (probably rats) on the ceiling one night.

I highly recommend La Lola in Port Barton on thr following reasons: 1.Location it is convenient located near stores,restaurants and only 600 metrers to Port Barton beach (no worries you will enjoy walking). 2.Room-Clean,good space,I like the design it’s asthetic,good pillow (they provide 3 pillows👌🏻).They provide electric fan even if the room is aircondition.Aircondition is good. Toilet-It has heater,toiletries and provides lots ot toilet paper except shampoo.There is a bidet in the toilet. 3.Drinking Water-BRING your OWN Tumbler.You can refill in the front desk. 4.Breakfast-Plated breakfast is included in the accommodation. 5.Staff-I forgot to ask her name.She is efficient and accommodating.She even lend us umbrella while it was raining. Overall, the place is clean they will ask you to leave your slippers or shoes in the shoe rack.But they provide slippers in your room. Must provide clothesline for wet clothes especially most of the activity is swimming or water activities. TAKE NOTE: The Restaurant is in different location but ONLY FEW MINUTES AWAY (200 meters ).

La Lola had a good breakfast and espresso machine coffee included. The breakfast was very tasty and one day the staff made us breakfast before the restaurant opened because we had to catch a boat, which we really appreciated

Breakfast is in a different building which requires a short walk. There were rats scratching at the room ceiling every night when we tried to sleep. My wife was awake all night, every night, thinking the rats would break through the roof. Elsewhere at the hotel we also found a large hall in the wall which looks like it came from rats breaking through. When we entered our room there was a very strong smell of mould which is clearly in the room but painted over. The bathroom electrics seem very unsafe with loose wiring hanging near the shower. While we stayed there over 3/4 nights the water would run out every now and again which no warning, which could be quite annoying if you get home and want to take a shower. The whole place feels like it’s due a renovation or that there is a lack of love in running the hotel. The cleaning was not great, things felt sticky around the hotel. It also felt like there was nobody at reception when you needed to speak to someone. The warmth and service of staff felt inconsistent, some staff were kind and nice, while others you could sense may have lost their love for this job.
