"clean, comfortable, easy, convenient."

very clean and comfortable. Appreciated that fresh milk was left in the fridge, and teabags and instant coffee provided.

we found the shower controls confusing and the water pressure a bit feeble. One welcome addition would have been a coffee pot/cafetiere/some way to use the ground coffee we brought!

"Convenient location but the kitchen could have been cleaner"

Quiet location close to Strood Train Station and about 15mins walk from Rochester High Street. Good off road parking

The property could have been cleaner especially the kitchen. The dining table was really too small for a three bed property and the lounge would have benefited from an extra chair as only a sofa

"Great location!"

Great location for exploring Rochester, just a 20 minute walk to the castle and 10 minutes to a good pub. The house was clean and warm.

It’s ok but very basic and in need of some TLC. Ok for a 3 night stay.

"Disappointing. Not good value for money."

The property is very tired, verging on grubby, and poorly maintained. Could be a danger to smaller children.
