Ideally located contemporary 3 bed spacious house

Property was in a great location, very short walk to a lovely pub called The Boat House overlooking the med way. We were visiting for a wedding taking place at Commissioners house, a 10min taxi ride. Great to have off road parking, and a garden and trampoline for our toddlers. All beds were make up and everything clean. Towels provided. Upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet, en-suite bedroom, ironing facilities, some cleaning products available.

Fridge/freezer still had goods that may have been brought from previous visitors, so a bit confusing as to what was provided as part of the visit. Not a deal breaker though. Might have been nice to have the grass cut but could have been down to access between occupancy.

Location is nearby shops and old town of Rochester. Also the easy access to London St Pancras by high speed train in 33 min from the nearby international station.

Not much really, we had difficulty starting the oven but we managed.

I like private parking, cctv, quiet location, comfortable beds and space. My younger one is very fussy about sleeping somewhere else than our home. we didn’t have that problem this time. all family really enjoy our stay. Also I’m very anxious about sleeping at new places or hotel. I slept really good. location is very quiet, owner very nice and helpful. fully recommend and definitely will add to my favourite.

Very nice house, well decorated and comfortable for me and my family. The apartment smelt great, they really paid attention to small details like having an Alexa and also providing provisions for breakfast. We was there for a wedding and we were close to all a lot of supermarkets.

It was a lovely property and very comfortable, a very lovely and quiet neighbourhood.

The kitchen could have been cleaner, especially the oven.
