Strategic position in Gili Air, cleanliness, very kind staff. Bike rental is available directly in the structure at a very good price.

The surrounding area could be cleaner even though it does not depend on the hotel.

Very nice host always smiling and being helpful. Good value, you get a nice modern room with a comfortable bed and a bod bathroom. Direct access to the very pretty pool area. Just a 5 mins walk away from the main road and the port area so was handy before catching the boat the next morning. Morning breakfast was very nice, well cooked omelette with toast, butter and a big mug of tea ! We stayed in lots of different hotels in Indonesia and this was a very good included breakfast at the price point

The only complaint is that we could smell smoke at night, but it’s not the owners fault, just that locals make fires everywhere on the island but we put the AC on and it helped

I had the best stay in a long time at the Relax Villa on Gili Air. The room was very clean, the grounds and pool were immaculate, and breakfast was freshly prepared à la minute every morning. The fruit platter was truly fantastic, and we were always able to have breakfast right on our veranda. The staff are super friendly and happy to answer any questions about the island; they anticipated our every wish. I truly felt at home and was very sad when our vacation there came to an end. I can highly recommend the Relax Villa and definitely want to return!

Tout! Littéralement le personnel est tres accueillant tout en nous laissant notre "espace". Dari et ses amis sont au petits soin, vraiment hyper reactifs pour la moindre demande. Tout était super propre, la chambre la piscine,... Le déjeuner a la carte est très bon, frais et fait minute . La localisation de cet hôtel est nickel, a 5min a pied du port même pas, et facilement accessible au centre /aux plages (côté ouest pour le sunset et côté est pour le sunrise). (Attention tout de même par temps de grosses pluie les chemins peuvent être chaotiques littéralement mais ca concerne toute l'île donc bon) C'était vraiment tres calme et reposant. On y serais bien rester quelque jours de plus.

Daery and his colleagues are very friendly and happy to help with anything you need. Room is very clean and the breakfast amazing ( a lot of things to eat). The pool is perfect to chill out and speak with other guests (there are in total 4 room). We also did a snorkeling tour with them (good price and saw a lot of turtles). Totally recommended to stay here!

Soundproofing coul be improved. AC also a bit loud (if you are a light sleeper as I am).

Bardzo miła obsługa, kameralny obiekt - tylko 4 apartamenty, smaczne śniadania, duże i przestronne pokoje, basen, dobra aranżacja części wspólnych, dobre wifi, TV, swietna klimatyzacja.

Wszystko bylo super, jedynie w wyposażeniu pokoju uwzględniłbym czajnik, którego przy dłuższych pobytach moze brakować.

Very nice location, nice pool and very calm place. The bed was comfortable.

hot water in the shower lasted no longer than 2 minutes.
