Relax Villas Gili Air

Struttura molto carina in una buona posizione vicino al porto. Lo staff molto accogliente e gentile

We had a great stay and I agree with all previous ‘what I Like’ reviews (point repeating it all) Our 9 night stay was made extremely enjoyable thanks to the super helpful staff. Dairy, Hairu and Sukar who were friendly, helpful and had a good sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble. They even stopped the neighbors burning off to stop smoke coming over.

Now a few suggestions that would improve my score. 1. Get with the program guys, stop using plastic straws. Most places on the island now use paper or metal (see pic) 2. Many villas provide a 50 litre water dispenser for guests to use. Individual plastic bottles should be avoided where possible. 3. Mosquito’s. I see you have not acted on previous comments. there were not many but to those sensitive, even one in the room at night is a sleep destroyer. How about placing fly screen on the window in the bathrooms? I came up with my own solution. (See pic) 4. A kettle in each room would be good.

TOUT!!!!!!!! Comment ne pas aimer cet établissement et surtout l’équipe ? Ils sont d’une gentillesse incroyable et vous aident pour tout si besoin (transport bateau, voiture pour les transferts, location scooter, vélo etc)! On s’y sent comme chez nous, l’ambiance y est familiale et super agréable ! Les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance…. Nous sommes tristes d’avoir quitté ce petit havre de paix Les bungalows sont tellement mignons et cosy en plus d’être très spacieux avec une jolie piscine en face ! Le lit est ultra confortable (pas toujours facile d’avoir des lits confortables à Lombok), la salle de bain super mignonne avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin L’emplacement est idéal pour y trouver la paix et le calme deux pas vous y trouverez des petites plages très calmes et incroyablement jolies Et le petit dej est super varié en plus d’être très bon!!!!! Chacun y trouvera son bonheur !!! Merci à toute l’ équipe qui a rendu notre séjour incroyable mais beaucoup trop court!

- Best room we had while travelling Indonesia for five weeks. Very clean, very good bed, very spacious. - Also one of the best breakfasts ever. Could order everything you like from the menu. - Staff is very nice. - Location is the best; very close to the port and restaurants, but really quiet. - Amazing pool.

La posizione, la gentilezza e grande disponibilità dello staff, la pace della struttura . Le stanze molto grandi e accoglienti.

Consiglio le camere più lontano dalla reception per garantire la propria privacy

Lo staff è gentile e cordiale, vi è la possibilità di affittare le biciclette a pagamento, le camere sono pulite e il letto è comodo. Vi è il minifrigo, con bevande e acqua a disposizione. Colazione ok.

Intorno alle 5:30 del mattino si iniziano a sentire i galli e tantissimi uccellini cantare. In quasi tutta l isola vengono bruciati rifiuti ed in particolare nel campo di fianco alla struttura rendono l aria irrespirabile.

Zeer fijne en schone kamers met superlief personeel op een centrale plek op Gili Air. Darry en zijn collega’s zorgen voor een warm welkom en ontzorgen je met alles. Volgende keer Gili Air zou ik direct weer bij Relax Villas boeken 👌🏽
