It was very difficult to find the location and no one was answering the phone when I need help to find the place I was standing outside for hours because I cudent find the place

"Don’t end up staying."

Nothing as we didn’t stay.

We arrived, didn’t feel very welcome, felt very uncomfortable being I someone else’s home who has a new born baby. Tried to get a refund , didn’t succeed.

"Convenient one night stay for Gatwick"

Quiet house, very comfortable bed, hot shower, spacious room.

Listing mentioned tea/coffee facilities in the room which would have been nice but there weren't any during my stay. Really minor point though :)
