INGreat location if you want to Gatwick airport, car parking available and easy to find. Clean facilities.
The quiet hours, how thin the walls are and how creaky the house is. Not good if you are planning to check in late and check out early. Was reminded multiple times by the host to keep it down but we did not have any option( despite our beat efforts) as we checked in after 10 owing to a long drive from Glasgow and needed to to take showers owing to an early flight in the morning. The host wasn’t considerate and if this is your plan, I’d avoid this property.

USThe property was relatively easy to access. And the owner lives on the bottom floor and can help with any issues. They even loaned us an adapter that we did not have for UK.
The property was a little inconvenient to any walking distance to a store or a restaurant or public transportation
GBCourteous, respectful, and professional customer service. Room and other utilities were explicitly clean. I got value for what I paid for.
