Staff named Kumi Sakamoto so lovely and impressed with her friendly and warm hospitality. The villa is provided full facilities and made us feel relax and love everything there. We will come back again.

Should have long stay special deal

To be honest, its one of the best places we have stayed for winter in Japan. The entire place was beautiful, isolated (in a way) , snowed beautifully, exceed our expectations. Pros loved the isolation, quietness, serenity Cabin feel, tons of space they are fully equipped, i mean really equipped with everything and it all updated tech, breadmaker to smokless grills to oven with steamer etc... PRIVATE ONSEN BBQ in winter Great deck outdoors Ultimately, its a accomodation to die for if you want to be off the grid and just relax. we truly enjoyed the place and the service that they given us, prompt response and excellent help from them. Hope to be back again here in winter!!

Cons 1 toilet 1 bath separately, so might not be too great for large families you need to have a car, location we feel takes a distance to reach town, but alot of sights to see about 30 mins radius in winter , the place is hard to control/regulate the temperature, it can be too warm or too cool stairs up to the door around 10 steps? - wasnt a big issue for us

Very beautiful villa. It was very clean and well-equipped. The staff services were excellent despite the language barrier! The distance was far but no regrets. We witness snowing and the family had great fun.

The villa was lovely and the host was very kind and left us some basics to keep us going.

This was peak holiday experience. Everything was top notch, from the accommodation to the food to the hospitality.

The house is superb. U can get ANYTHING u need in the house. The cooking utensils, nespresso machine, coffee machine, projector … marvellous.

The location is a bit hard to find as we cannot locate the property with the telephone number. You need to rely on the official website map for direction. We arrive after sunset. There is no lamp along the road and it took us a while to make the correct turn to arrive at the property.

A private onsen which is nice.

The breakfast was disappointing… didn’t know that we have to prepare it ourselves. The breakfast didn’t worth the money

Accommodation was clean, facilities were amazing. Staff was so attentive and helpful. Waking up in the middle of a forest was amazing. Private onsen bath was clean and super well maintained! Kitchen was well stocked! Would stay again!

"Key Number" email (to enter the front door) was not received but calling the property contact number solved it. It's not a negative feedback but staff should take note for the next guests. It should be sent with the check-in information.
