Tahlia's Villa

We enjoyed this little hidden pearl and some nice relaxing days around the pool. Our cottage was nice with a good bed and outdoor bathroom - with the best shower so far in Indonesia with warm water and good pressure. Breakfast was basic, but good. We had a small menu to choose from and we were content. The hotel has about 6 rooms and is nice a quiet - very romantic and is set in a beautiful garden with flowers, butterflies and a little fishpond with kois that like to be petted ❤️ This hotel is only 1 year old and we wish them all the best.

Beautiful cottages places in a small exotic garden with a wonderful pool. Our son loved the little pond with kois and running water. Wonderful and cosy little place with outdoor bathrooms. Hot shower with good pressure.

Felt like a little oasis. Perfect for those seeking a quiet and relaxing break. I booked this before and after my hike up mount rinjani and it was the perfect place to revitalise and rest. They play relaxing music around the communal area and it feels like a little slice of heaven. There isn’t that many bungalows so there isn’t much noise or too many people around. The staff are friendly and super accommodating! Tv in the room was a bonus as I haven’t watched Netflix in a long while, so watching a movie from a comfy king sized bed was such a treat!

The only negetive to this property would be the lack of food available that the hotel itself. They offer breakfast but no other food, and I believe a couple of sodas you can buy from their fridge. The place is very remote with only a couple of restaurants in walking distance. However my favourite place to eat was Bale Jukung - lovely food, very cheap and the owners are so nice! They also grow a lot of their own food.

This place is like heaven. As long as you stay in resort. I enjoyed amazing cottage, cosy room and bed and amazing outside bathroom with plants around. Atmosphere is amazing.

Locality is off track. Hard to reach by taxi. Few places to go to around. Nearby beach was gross, full of trash.

The outside was well kept and the pool was nice.

Not the owners fault but the call to prayer lasted for over an hour every day starting at 4.45am. It was so loud it was impossible to sleep - even using ear plugs. Also, the beach has no facilities, is dirty and has black sand. On the first day, we ordered breakfast and after nothing happening for over 45 mins, the gentleman who looked after us returned with shopping from the local market and laughingly told us that they didn’t have any food in. He then proceeded to cook what he just bought. We couldn’t get a taxi using Grab as the location is so remote so we asked our gentleman to order one for us but he just didn’t bother. When we chased it up 20 mins later, he told us to use Grab. Our room was very, very dim and had nowhere to unpack anything at all. We were so unimpressed that we left after two days despite paying for four.

Tastefully rustic, spacious room, away from the busyness, a beautiful pool and garden to sit around… The list goes on. But what made my 7 day stay very very special is the lovely staff who work there. Very friendly, willing to help, love to laugh 😃 but respect the privacy of guests. They are working so hard to make this little piece of paradise even better and I am looking forward to my next visit in the very near future. Thank you Abdul and the team for the fantastic time! I really enjoyed my stay.
