Most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. Most amazing bathroom with LED lights and waterfall feature. Great location near city centre. We expected the room to be nice, but it exceeded our expectations by a mile! Definitely recommend.

Close to town, modern interior, nicely decorated. Clean.

It is an ensuited bedroom with kettle and minifridge in a residential building. Share private unit door with others, buzzer on unit door very noisy with people from other bedroom/unit coming, can hear people talking in other section when they leave bedroom door or window open. Had problem finding on first day as no name on building or on buzzer name plaques. Odd set up.

Very convenient if u are wanting a place to sleep . It a room in a flat Beautiful room in a flat . Nice en-suite 5 mins walk from the Lake Como and all amenities Long walk from Station St Giovanni (20 mins ) , with luggage in retrospect should have take a bus

Nothing really

Everything was exceptional, the room is super clean and everything feels fresh, with cutting edge tech. The room access is easy, with a passcode, the building has an elevator, but usually you will go by stairs since it is located on the 2nd floor. Bathroom is amazing with high end shower gadgets and toilet seat, shower comes with three mods “rain/water fall/ normal”, also with RGB lights. You do have a crazy flat tv with smart LED, coffee machine and a boiler. The bed is crazy comfortable, with light switches all over. The decoration of the room is super luxurious and relaxing. Amazing view of the mountain from the bedroom window. The AC works amazing, high speed wifi connection. The property feels super safe, and the location is perfect 👍

We’ve stayed for two days, walked a lot and had to shower a lot, so we ran out of towels on the first day, and for two days straight the staff did not arrive to clean the room, so we had to ask for two new towels which we used on the 2nd half of the first day and on our last day. I believe this was a misunderstanding, which can be avoided with other guests in the future. The is no free parking, full day parking will cost 35€
