The staff communicated well which is important since it is not a hotel. The room was elegant and exactly what it looked like online. The location was perfect. it was not cheap but i would stay again because it was worth it.

the lock on the main door could be a problem if the other guests lock it before bed and you are still out for the night. this almost happened to me.

Hard to park

Well located. Boutique hotel style: colour palette, shower with lights, nice looking furniture. Tea and coffee available.

Entering the building could be improved: have to call a number (which you receive through whatsapp) to have the door opened which in our case did not work at first.

Everything! There isnt anything not to like. Location great - near a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. 5 min walk to Como Lago train station, 20 mins to Como S Giovanni. 10 mins walk from lake. quiet location. Spotlessly clean. Incredibly comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities, with fridge too.

Great location, I liked that we were an easy walk to the more touristy part of Como, but, in a more local and quiet neighborhood.
