Wir haben ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende im Zimmer Seta verbracht. Das Bett ist bequem, die Beleuchtung sehr angenehm, der TV schön gross, die Klimaanlage war sehr ruhig und das grosse Badezimmer war fantastisch. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann Comos Altstatt innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuss erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber und stimmte genau mit den Bildern überein.

Da es ja nur ein Zimmer ohne zugehörige Gastronomie/Café, etc. ist, wäre es praktisch, wenn mehr Kaffeekapseln, Tee, Snacks etc. zur Verfügung gestellt worden wären. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht und war auch nicht gefüllt, so wie es auf der Website angegeben war. Leider war der Balkon ziemlich dreckig.

Excellente chambre avec un rapport qualité/prix très intéressant. La chambre est propre et bien équipé avec balcon. Le lit est super confortable. L'emplacement est top à 5min du lac, de la gare et du centre. Je recommande.

Amazing and stylish room, comfy bed and great central location. I absolutely loved staying here. I would highly recommend the property to others.

I do agree with some other reviews that check in could be simpler as there is no office/front desk so it can be a little tricky to find and the process is done over the phone. it would be worth touching base with the property prior to check in to confirm the process.

Rooms and bathrooms are very well appointed and seems to have been recently renovated. Very spacious and upto mark technology wise. Very well located with sound proof windows.

There are no fans in the room , and air-conditioning hardly works. We stayed on a hot day and rooms were unbearable. Stay on cooler days and avoid if weather is hot or you need air-conditioning.

Overall happy with the stay, was really easy to get access, tidy and clean with great location near Como station and the Cathedral. Espresso machine was kept stocked and room was cleaned every day when we were out.

The a/c was very weak so in the summer was not able to cool down the room at all. Also the mini fridge was out of service, and the shower pressure was relatively weak.
