Clean and nice apartment. Room was lovely and exactly as photographed. The location was brilliant, very close to the lake and train station - easy to get to. The instructions to access the property were given to us on the day and we didn’t have any issues getting in.

The two rooms pictured share a hallway, this wasn’t an issue but we weren’t aware this was the case when we booked - there is some noise when the other guests come in and out of the main door to the apartment. Both apartments have separate facilities otherwise.

On the listing, it says a minibar and invoice provided. the minibar wasn’t working. The shower control switch broke. So I could only use the shower coming off a small stream. This problem was fixed on second night. Due to these problems, the host was kind enough to let me check out at noon and leave my luggage there until the afternoon. I needed the invoice or receipt which they’ve failed to provide after one week and numerous attempts contacting them. This seems like a private host and may not suit the need of travellers who like to stay in hotel style.
