La salle de bain de la "Casetta" mérite un rafraichissement, notamment la "cabine" de douche et son pommeau incrusté de calcaire. Le chemin d'accès au Borgo nécessite de l'entretien.

Spacious, serene and a gorgeous space for large groups to share. Truly felt the Umbria country experience with breathtaking views. Gabriele was a pleasure to deal with and was always on stand-by to help and provide recommendations. Bedrooms and bathrooms were generous in size and clean. Would definitely stay again!

A few guest complained about not having shower heads meaning they had to use a handheld head which wasn't ideal versus the downstair bathroom having a proper shower head. The other complaint was lack of mirrors or full length mirrors especially since this is also a wedding venue and our party was staying here to go to a wedding. A minor detail we recommend thinking about for future guests.

Great and helpfull staff, Gabriel was always there to help us out with all types of questions/recommendations. The accomodations are perfect, styled into detail and very complete. The vibe is amazing. A lot of great places/restaurants/wineries around within 40 min drive.

This is a tastefully converted property at the border of Umbria and Tuscany. There are several apartments of different sizes but with similar decorations. We were a party of 6 and had booked the 3 bedroom one, which was spacious, spread over 3 floors. Kitchen plus small terrace at the ground level, living and 2 bedrooms in the middle and the master bedroom (with a nice view) at the top. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen- and other facilities complete. For anything that is missing or really for any assistance whatsoever there is manager cum concierge Gabriel, who helped us to settle in, arranged for a day at the nearby golf course and made bookings at some fantastic restaurants in the area. His enthusiasm and advice really made a difference! Lots of things to see and do in the region. Overall highly recommended!

Amazing! Charming little "Borgo" hidden in the forest. Calm and not far away from nice little villages, so perfect location. Comfortable rooms, super clean, very nice atmosphere and really kind staff.

The pool was a little bit dirty but I guess in summer is very complicated to have it perfect with all the insects. For all the rest it was amazing!
