Location was perfect. Shame the lift was not working as we were on top level about 4 flights of stairs. Electric shower was also underpowered. Apart from that it was lovely room and hotel.

All else was great. Loved it. Lift out of action.

"Kildale, Sandbeck"

Location is fab, perfect for sea view and very easy access to town centre. Handy lift to room also plus free parking voucher was good. Staff lovely and friendly, place clean and shower new and easy to heat. New furnishings were nice and in the hallways.

Blinds didnt keep the light out in the mornings, so an earlier than anticipated wakening.
