The location and view

The balcony wasn’t clean and it was very difficult getting on to the balcony, and back in again, having to climb through a narrow door/ window

Excellent location Loved the balcony, we stayed late May as and had the sun early morning, then late afternoon, ideal as out most of the day . Breakfast was well equipped with cereal and juices.

Could be awkward to get onto the balcony Lift was out of order

We absolutely loved the sea views and the balcony.

Our only negative comment would be to say the mattress didn't have enough support for us, but otherwise everything else was great.

Location good,easy to get to amenities, good view

No lift broken , not keen on. Breakfast, not struck of Lay out ,toilet and shower at side of bed pictures on flat very deciving

Breakfast was cornflakes, fruit juice and yoghurt. Location was excellent with views over the sea and outer harbour.

Do not recommend the Ruswarp studio apartment. It was freshly decorated and recently modernised, BUT the shower, washbasin and WC are in and open to the living space which is totally unacceptable and possibly illegal. If staying at the Sandbeck make sure you are not allocated the Ruswarp apartment.

The studio apartment was fantastic, clean, warm and comfortable, the balcony was absolutely amazing and I spent so much time out there with great views over the sea. I loved the continental breakfast on the landing, such an excellent idea!

The balcony was quite dirty, I understand it's hard to keep on tip of keeping it clean as the birds knock mess from the roof but it clearly hadn't been swept and cleaned ahead of my stay.

Location was perfect and the balcony was a bonus which had a fantastic sea view.
