- beach view directly from the bed - shared terrace with beach view - great advice from the host Sami and possibility to book trips over him - great location to experience the authentic Omani-life in a village

- beach view but not possible to swim because there is no actual beach - could have been a bit cleaner - shared terrace: we stayed at the room in front of the shared terrace, other tourists walked by (obviously, since its shared) and could look in our room - sometimes a lack of privacy because of that

Very close to Wadi Shab parking.

When check-in, the staff shows you the wifi password even though he knows the wifi isn't working.Embarrassing.

Good breakfast, very pleasant pool with view

Horrible bad. very thin mattress. There is written that WiFi is there but unfortunately there was no WiFi at all.

Nothing to do beside Wadi Shab

A good starting point for the Wabi Shab and Wadi Tiwi treks. - The Asian staff did everything the place allowed. - Breakfast was freshly prepared locally: scrambled eggs, pastries, fruit platter, coffee, juice. - The shared kitchen is equipped with basic amenities, coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, bottled water kettle. - View, sunrise from the upstairs terrace.

- They were genuinely surprised when we arrived - We did not get the accommodation we had booked, but 5 minutes walk in another building. - Although there were three of us, there were two of everything in the room (towels, bed, ...) - There was no mosquito net on the fan in the bathroom window - The area is too frequented by tourists. - The beach is covered with lots of construction debris, the sewage pipes from all the buildings lead to small shacks on the beach. We did not swim in the sea here...

The manager was very helpful. The fishing boats in front of the window at daylight were beautiful

There's no sign outside! How are you meant to find it?? Even with Google maps it was not at all clear After staying in lots of other hotels in Oman we thought it was quite expensive for what it offered
